Dr. Natasa Mala
Founder & General Practitioner, MD
Dr Natasa Mala was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, and speaks fluent Greek, English, and German.
She studied Medicine at Philipps University in Marburg, Germany — one of Germany’s oldest and most respected medical faculties, internationally recognised for its longstanding academic tradition and high standards in medical education. She qualified as a medical doctor in 1988.
On 14 February 1994, Dr Mala founded Veramedica in Paphos, establishing a practice grounded in comprehensive general medicine and personalised patient care. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation within the community for her clinical judgement, continuity of care, and commitment to patient-centred medicine.
In addition to General Practice, Dr Mala has a longstanding interest in integrative and complementary medicine. She served as the primary physician at the Archangel Michael Hospice in Paphos, providing palliative medical care and supporting patients and families during end-of-life treatment. She has also served as a medical supervisor for medical students, contributing to clinical training and the development of future healthcare professionals.
Dr. Nikos Panagidis
Dr. Nikos Panagidis is a General Practitioner with clinical experience in both public and primary healthcare settings.
He studied Medicine in Rome and completed his specialist training in General Practice at the Royal College in the United Kingdom.
He has worked at the General Hospital and has also served within GESY and the Ministry of Health. His clinical approach is grounded in comprehensive, patient-centered care.
